From downtown safety and housing to parks, public spaces, local business and responsible budgeting - this term's work is about practical solutions that make a real difference for residents and neighbourhoods.

City Increases Below 3%

As Vice Chair of the Budget Standing Committee, I supported City tax increases of 1.78% in 2024, 2.85% in 2025 and 1.74% in 2026 while protecting essential services.

$500,000 Downtown Action Plan

I supported a coordinated plan for downtown safety, cleanup, outreach, parking, public spaces and business support.

Action on 5 Duke Street

After years of neighbourhood disruption and repeated emergency calls, I pushed for stronger action that led to the court-ordered closure of 5 Duke Street.

492 Co-op Homes Moving Forward

I supported the first new housing co-op in St. Catharines in 30 years and helped bring forward a motion to waive $743,499 in development charges for 159 Ontario Street.
